Kaktüs Kent, located on Turgut Özal Boulevard 81075 Street, was re-projected as a “Gastro Academy” in order to draw attention to the gastronomic potential of Adana. Within the scope of the project, in addition to a 185 m2 training kitchen there are 3 classrooms. The kindergarten on the ground floor is designed to serve the children of the trainees during the lesson hours. The sales unit in the foyer has been designed as an area where the long shelf life food prepared by the trainees can be displayed and sold. On the upper floor, a library with 55 m2 area and a studio with 50 m2 area where photo-video shooting will be done has been added to a multipurpose hall for 120 people where events such as seminars and conferences will be held. In addition, there are also VIP seating areas, a restaurant with a total capacity of 152 people and a 125 m2 main kitchen which is supplementary to the restaurant, is located on this floor. The auxiliary kitchen of the main kitchen with a 80 m2 is located on the ground floor under the main kitchen and serves the outdoor services of the building.
